How does Pack Vision work?

You install Pack Vision on your computer and connect ONVIF cameras at packing stations. When the shipping label is presented to the camera, AI automatically recognizes the tracking number, plays a sound, and starts recording. When packing is done, just present the next label, and the system ends the old session and starts a new one.

How many computers do I need for my warehouse? Only one computer is needed. You can connect and manage multiple packing stations simultaneously—each with its own camera.

What types of cameras does Pack Vision support? Pack Vision supports ONVIF-compatible cameras, including popular brands like IMOU, DAHUA, Tapo, and many others on the market.

Storage & Data

Where are videos stored and how do I watch them? Videos are securely stored on the cloud. You can watch them via a web browser from any device—computer or phone—and download them whenever needed.

Will Pack Vision continue working if the internet goes down? Pack Vision requires an internet connection to operate. However, if the connection is interrupted, videos are temporarily saved on your computer and automatically uploaded to the cloud once the connection is restored—ensuring no orders are missed.

Is my video data secure? Absolutely. Your data is stored separately and is never shared with any third party without your explicit permission or a legal request. Your data belongs to you.

Cost & Payment

If my subscription expires, will my data be lost immediately? No. The system has a 3-day grace period after expiration, giving you enough time to renew or upgrade your plan without losing videos.

How is Pack Vision billed? Pack Vision primarily charges based on cloud storage usage, not by the number of stations or cameras. There are various storage plans to suit different business sizes.

Is there a limit to the number of packing stations or cameras? No. Pack Vision does not limit the number of packing stations or cameras you can connect. You can freely scale your warehouse operations without system limits.
